BIMix develops Revit plugins and software solutions for the AEC industry. Our goal is to make everyday workflows faster, simpler, and more efficient.
We create ready to use Revit plugins for common industry needs. We also develop custom solutions tailored to specific project and business requirements. Every product we build is focused on solving real workflow problems with practical and reliable software.
Role Description
You will own features end to end across the platform behind BIMix: the licensing and catalogue services, the desktop manager customers install beside Revit, and the dashboard our own team runs it from. The work is .NET on the server and TypeScript on the client, against PostgreSQL and Redis.
This is a small team, so the job is not one slice of a pipeline. You will take a problem from the first support message to the release that closes it, and you will hear about the result from the modeller it affected.
Qualifications
- You have shipped and then maintained a production service, not only written features for one.
- You are comfortable on both sides: C# and .NET on the back end, TypeScript on the front.
- You reach for an index before a cache, and you can say why.
- You write the test that would have caught the bug, and you say so when you didn't.
- You can get from a vague complaint to a specific defect without a spec to work from.
- Revit, BIM or AEC experience is welcome but not expected. We will teach the domain.
