BIMix develops Revit plugins and software solutions for the AEC industry. Our goal is to make everyday workflows faster, simpler, and more efficient.
We create ready to use Revit plugins for common industry needs. We also develop custom solutions tailored to specific project and business requirements. Every product we build is focused on solving real workflow problems with practical and reliable software.
Role Description
You are the first person a customer reaches, and often the only one they need. You will diagnose what went wrong on their machine, in their model or in their template, and either fix it there or hand the engineers a defect they can reproduce.
You also decide what we build next, whether or not anyone calls it that. You see every complaint before it is a ticket, so the pattern in them is yours to spot first.
Qualifications
- You have run Revit on live projects and know where real models go wrong.
- You can turn "it stopped working" into steps somebody else can follow to see it happen.
- You write clearly under time pressure, to people who are mid-deadline.
- You are comfortable with templates, shared parameters, worksets and family libraries.
- You would rather write the answer down once than give it eleven times.
