BIM Coordinator

Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to lead multidisciplinary coordination and ensure high-quality BIM delivery across architectural, structural, and MEP teams. In this role, you will manage model consistency, support BIM workflows, conduct clash detection, and ensure that all project teams follow established standards and processes. You will work closely with designers, engineers, and project managers on both local and international projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• • Conduct clash detection using Navisworks or similar tools and manage issue tracking.
• • Ensure compliance with BIM standards, templates, naming conventions, and QA/QC rules.
• • Prepare and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project coordination documents.
• • Lead model reviews, coordination meetings, and resolve design conflicts.
• • Support Revit model setup, linking strategies, worksharing, and model clean-up.
• • Assist teams with BIM workflows, best practices, and technical troubleshooting.
• • Collaborate with R&D teams to test new tools, automation features, and plug-ins.
