BIM Manager

Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead our digital design processes, establish BIM standards, and oversee coordinated delivery across multidisciplinary teams. In this key leadership role, you will define project workflows, manage BIM implementation, guide designers and engineers, and ensure consistent, high-quality outputs for both local and international projects. You will also collaborate with R&D teams to support automation and integrate advanced digital tools into daily workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Develop and maintain company-wide BIM standards, templates, and guidelines.
• • Oversee BIM implementation across architectural, structural, and MEP teams.
• • Manage model coordination, quality assurance, naming conventions, and data structure.
• • Prepare and review BIM Execution Plans (BEP), EIR requirements, and project metadata.
• • Lead coordination meetings and ensure efficient communication between disciplines.
• • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for Revit and BIM workflows.
• • Monitor model performance, conduct audits, and enforce best practices.
• • Collaborate with R&D teams to test automation tools, plug-ins, and digital innovations.
• • Support project managers with technical input, planning, and progress tracking.
