Structural BIM Engineer

Role Description:

We are looking for a talented Structural BIM Engineer to join our multidisciplinary design and automation team. In this role, you will work on creating, developing, and coordinating structural BIM models using Revit, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project requirements. You will collaborate closely with architectural, MEP, and R&D teams to deliver well-coordinated, high-quality structural documentation for local and international projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Create and manage Revit structural models at LOD 200 +.
• • Prepare drawings, details, schedules, and reinforcement plans directly from the BIM model.
• • Ensure model accuracy, standard compliance, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• • Collaborate with architectural and MEP teams to resolve clashes and design inconsistencies.
• • Review structural inputs, design changes, and update models as required.
• • Support BIM workflows, templates, standards, naming conventions, and QA processes.
• • Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support model checks/audits.
• • Advantage: Assist in testing structural automation tools and plug-ins.

Qualifications:

• • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• • 2–4 years of professional experience with Revit (structural discipline).
• • Strong understanding of reinforced concrete and/or steel structures.
• • Knowledge of BIM standards.
• • Ability to interpret structural drawings, calculations, and specifications.
• • Experience in coordination with other disciplines.
• • Advantage: Experience with ETABS, SAP2000, Robot, Tekla, Navisworks, or Dynamo.
• • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
