MEP BIM Modeller

Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled MEP BIM Engineer to join our expanding multidisciplinary design and automation team. You will be responsible for developing coordinated MEP BIM models using Revit for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems. This role includes close collaboration with architectural, structural, and R&D teams to ensure accurate, well-organized, and fully coordinated project deliverables for local and international projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Create, develop, and manage Revit MEP models (HVAC/Plumbing/Fire/Electrical) at LOD 200–400.
• • Prepare drawings, layouts, schedules, and BOQs directly from BIM models.
• • Ensure model accuracy, system routing quality, and consistency with project standards.
• • Coordinate with architectural and structural teams to detect and resolve clashes.
• • Update models according to design revisions, site feedback, and engineering requirements.
• • Apply BIM standards, templates, naming conventions, and QA/QC workflows.
• • Participate in coordination meetings and support BIM audits.
• • Advantage: Support testing of MEP automation tools and R&D plug-ins.

Qualifications:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• • 2–4 years of experience working with Revit in MEP design.
• • Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical).
• • Experience with BIM standards (ISO 19650 preferred).
• • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• • Good coordination skills and attention to detail.
• • Advantage: Knowledge of Navisworks, Dynamo, MagiCAD, or MEP analysis tools (HAP, Elite, Dialux, etc.).
