BIM Architect

Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled BIM Architect to join our growing digital design and automation team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality architectural BIM models, coordinating multidisciplinary designs, and supporting automation-driven workflows using Revit and related BIM technologies. You will collaborate closely with MEP, structural, and software teams to deliver accurate, efficient, and well-organized BIM outputs for international and local projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Develop and manage architectural Revit models at LOD 200 +.
• • Ensure model accuracy, coordination, and compliance with project standards.
• • Collaborate with MEP and structural teams to resolve design clashes and update documentation.
• • Prepare drawings, schedules, sheets, and 3D visualizations from the BIM model.
• • Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support model audits.
• • Apply BIM standards, templates, naming conventions, and QA procedures.
• • Support automation workflows, plug-in testing, and digital tools used by the team.
• • Assist in preparing BIM execution plans (BEP) and project documentation.

Qualifications:

• • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• • Minimum 2–4 years of experience working with Revit in architectural design.
• • Strong knowledge of building design principles and multidisciplinary coordination.
• • Experience with BIM workflows, and documentation.
• • Ability to model with precision and manage large, complex projects.
• • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• • Advantage: Knowledge of Dynamo, Navisworks, Enscape, or BIM automation tools.
